by the Name and Addition of Ann the wife of Charles Beatley< no role > at the
Prosecution of Jane Taylor< no role > for an Assault

Take Notice that at the last Quarter Session of the Peace held for the said City
And Liberty at Guildhall in King Street Westminster I pleaded a Plea of
Misnomer unto the said Indictment And unless the Clerk & of the Peacereplys thereunto
on the first day of the next Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for the said City
and Liberty at Guildhall aforesaid that I shall move the Court that the same
may be Quashed Dated the 22d. day of June 1770
