as a Rogue and Vagabond, (videlicet) There found
Wandering and begging
and upon Examination of the said Thomas Careless< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that The place
of the last Legal Settlement of the said
Thomas Careless< no role > is in the Parish of Saint
Mary Whitechapel in the County of
Middlesex

These are therefore to require you the said Constable and other Officer
to Convey the said Thomas Careless< no role >
in the next direct Way to the said Parish
of St Mary Whitechapel and there to deliver him; to some Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor of the same
Parish to be provided for according to Law. And you the said
Church-Warden , Chapel-Warden, and Overseer of the Poor, are hereby
required to receive the said Thomas Careless< no role >
and provide for him as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this
