within the Liberty of the City of Westmr. in the County of
Middx Taylor maketh Oath that he this Deponent was
present & did see George Morell< no role > , Andrew Piries< no role > , and Anthon [..]
Ka [..] in the General Release hereunto annexed na [..]
Severally sign Seal Execute & as their Several Act & Dee [..]
deliver the said Release hereunto annexed and saith
that the Name Chs. Bradshaigh< no role > first Subscribed thereto
as one of the Witness to the same is of the proper hand
Writing of Charles Bragshaigh< no role > who was then Clerk to
Mr. Harrison of the said Parish of Saint John Attorney at
Law and that the Name Wm Clugh also subscribed there
as the other Witue to the same in the proper hand
writing of this Deponent
