George Donovan< no role > of Cliffords Inn London Gentleman maketh
Oath that he this Depont did on Thursday the twentyeth day of
October Instant serve the above named prosecutor Thomas Jones< no role > with
Native of Tryal in the above Cause by delivering to the Maid Servant of
the said Thomas [..] Jones< no role > at his House in Round Court in the Strand
a Copy of the Notice to him directed and hereto annexed And this Dept
did also on the same day serve John Medley< no role > with the said Notice by
delivering to him in person at his House in Round Court aforesaid
a Copy of the said Notice to him also Directed And this Dept did also on
the same day Serve Alport Peter Warren< no role > with the said Notice by
delivering to the Man Servant of the House wherein the said Alport Peter< no role >
Warren had [..] last ledged a Copy of the said Notice to him also directed
And this Dept did on the same day serve Mr James Serve who acts as
Sollr. for the prosecutor with the said Notice by delivering to his
Clerk to his House in Cliffords Inn Passage a Copy of the said
Notice to him also directed
