Maketh Oath and Saith that
the above Named Susan being taken on a Warrant for Two
Shillings and Six pence for the Hire of a Coach belonging to
the above Named William Dee< no role >
She was Bound over before
the Worshipful Mr Justice Saint Lawrence to Appear
thereto at the last General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
held in January last at the Town Court House near an a
Westminster Hall
in the County of Middlesex
and this Deponent
was One of her Bail to Answer the same And this Deponent
Saith that he hath Satisfyed and paid the said William Dee< no role >
the
said Two Shillings and Six pence and Since that this Deponent
so paid the said William Dee< no role >
the same the said William Dee< no role >
is as this
Deponent is informed and believes gone on Board same Ship
of War but what Ship this Deponent cannot find out and the
said Mr Dee's Wife has told this Deponent that she never an
expected to See her said Husband any more And this Deponent
further saith that upon the Strictest Enquiry this Deponent hath
been informed which he verily beleives to be true that the Coachman
One Joseph who Drose the Coach for Which the said Warrant
was Issued is Since dead
