We whose Names are hereunto Subscribed, Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of Westminster Do hereby Consent That the Recognizance
wherein one Arthur Bailey, was on the Twenty fifth day of
April last past bound before John Upton< no role > Esqr . one of His
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said City and Liberty, to
appear at the then next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be held for the said Liberty, then & there to abide and perform
such Order as should be made in pursuance of the Statutes
concerning Bastard begotten and born out of lawful
Matrimony, upon the Complaint of Sarah Draper< no role >
for begetting her with Child of a female Bastard Child
born of her body in the said Parish, May be Discharged
the said Child being Dead and the Charges the Parish
was put unto on Account thereof being paid Dated
this 18th. day of October 1753
