It is ordered by this Court that Benjamin Cary< no role >
and all other Persons concern'd do Attend this Court on
Saturday next being the 14th. Day of July Instant at Ten
of the Clock in the Forenoon to Answer the within mentiond
Petition and to shew Cause why the said Benjamin Cary< no role >
should not be discharged from his Indenture of Aprenticeship
to the within Mentioned Petitioner William Mittchell< no role > &
to abide the final order & Determination of the sd. Court
