at the Town Court House near Westmr. Hall in and for the Liberty of the
Dean & Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westmr . the City
Borough & Town of Westmr in the County of Middx and St. Martin le Grand
London by Adjournment on Saturday the Thirteenth Day of October in the 24th
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord< no role > George the 2d. King of Great
Britain Etc before James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. James Crofts< no role > William Huddlestone< no role >
John Ashe< no role > Esquires and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord
King assigned to keep the peace within the said Liberty and als to hear
determine divers Felonies Trespasses & other Misdeeds done & Committed
within the said Liberty

Whereas Thomas Kynaston< no role > of the Parish of St Martin in the Fields
in the County of Middx Haberdasher having made it appear unto this
Court upon Oath that he hath not any Estate whereby he is Obliged &
Qualified to serve upon Juries for Tryals of Issues joined in the Court [..]
Kings Bench Common pleas & Exchequer at Westmr. Etc pursuant to the
late Statutes in that behalf made and provided It is therefore Ordered
by this Court that the Name of the said Thomas Kynaston< no role > be struck out
of the returns made by the Constables of the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields to this Court this present Session of persons Inhabiting and
residing in the said Parish Qualified to serve on such Juries to the end
the said Thomas Kynaston< no role > may be excused and discharged from such
Service he not being Qualified by Law for the Same
