Whereas Hierominus Damath haveing Exhibited
his humble petition to this Court setting forth that
by Indre dated the [..] day of1749 one George
Frederick Kirkheff< no role > was bound art Apprentice to him
for Seven Yeares a learn the art of a Jeweller that the sd
George Frederick Kirkhoff had during all the time he
lived with the sd Hierominus Damath behaved in a
very instant [..] ding manner & had frequently
defrauded the sd Hierominus Daughter particularly
on the 25th of Febry last the sd Hierominus Damath< no role >
sent the sd George Frederick Kirkhoff to buy two [..]
and the sd Geo Frederick Kirkhoff attended the said
HierominusDamathhad paid 2s 6d for the same
but been Inquiry the sd Hierominus Damath< no role > found
that the said George Frederick Kirkhoff had paid us
sd more than [..] pence for the sd [..] and that on the
16th day of Augt last the sd Hierominus Damath< no role >
Gaveing last a Silver Spoon art of his Kitchen the sd
George Frederick Kirkhoff or the 15thof the 15thof the
same month acknowledged to the sd Hireominus
Dameth & others that he the sd George Frederick Kirkhoff
had taken the same away from those & other Circumstances
the sd. Hierominus Damath< no role > did greatly fears that the sd George
Frederick Kirkhoff< no role > would otherwise wrong & injure him in
his Property and from the obstinary & preversness of the sd
George Frederick Kirkhoff the sd Hireominus Do worth
in hereby despairs of me being their behave in a manner
becomeing in honest faithful apprentice the sd Hierominus
Damath prayed this Court the [..] present is considered and the [..] discharge [..]
Frederick Kirkhoff fromthe sd Indre and the sd George Frederick Kirkhoff< no role > from the Se [..]
of the sd Hierominus Damath< no role > [..] the sd Geo. Frederick
Kirkhoff< no role > was ordered to attend this Court this day & all other present
considered to hear the sd peticon and to [..] ide the Judgmt & determination

of this Court touching the matters in the sd peticon and the sd. Geo Frederick Kirkhoff being duly Served
with a Copy of the sd Peticon & Order attended this Court accordingly and upon hearing of what was alledged
by the sd Hierominus Damath the Master and the sd George Frederick Kirkhoff the apprentice Order
well Luke Benny [..] Councell for the sd Master had Vaughan Esqr Councell for the sd apprentise and
[..] by Consent as by well of the Master as the apprent [..] & their Councell that the Indre of apprentice [..]
[..] should be discharged & vacated and that the sd Hierominus Damath the Master should pay to

Christian Kirkhoff< no role > the Mother of the sd. Apprentice the [..] part of 75 paid [..] Christian
Kirkhoff with [..] Geo Frederick Kirkhoff to the sd. there Hierominus Damath It is therefore by the Consent of the sd Had [..] in the [..] Ordered by this
Court that the said George Frederick Kirkhoff the sd apprentice be & he is hereby absolutely
discharged from the sd Indre of apprenticehood to the sd Hierominus Damath Andalso by present
it appearing to this Court that the Sum of 25 was paid to the sd Hierominus Damath [..] the sd
Christian Kirkhoff< no role > the mother to learn the sd Geo Frederick Kirkheff the art or [..] of
a Jeweller It is also by Consent of all parties Ordered by this Court that the said of Hierominus
Damath do within Ten dayes from the Service of his order refound & pay unto the sd Christian
Kirkhoff the Master the Sum of 18.18.0 to the intent the take may place at her South sd
Geo: Frederick Kirkhoff to some other Master in order to going livelyhood and wd whose
hands & Seals are hereunto sett being four of his Majties Justices of the peace for this Liberty [..]
us being of the Quorum) present at the sd Sessions here proclaimed & declared & do pronounce &
declare that for the [..] aforesd to leave discharged and do accordingly discharge the sd.
George Frederick Kirkhoff of [..] his Apprenticeship to the sd Hierominus Damath< no role >
and do Order the said Hierominus Damath to pay to the sd Christian Kirkhoff< no role > the said
Sum of 18.18.0 as he will answere the discharge at his perill Given order one hands &
Seals the said Twelfth day of January in the aforesd 24 Year of the regin of our
