Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that he was present
and did see Ann Peterson< no role > the Prosecutrix in this cause sign Seal &
execute the Release hereunto annexed and that this Deponent and Mr
Richard Kitchen< no role > are the subscribing Witnesses thereto in both whose prsence
the sd Release was signed Sealed and deliveed by the said Prosecutrix
