Francis Hastins< no role > of the Parish of Saint Ann within the Liberty of
Westminster & County of Middlesex Baker maketh Oath That he hath
not in his own Name nor hath any Person In Trust for him ten Pounds
by the Year at least above Reprizes of Freehold or Copyhold London
Tenements or of Lands & Tenement of Antient Demesue or in Rents
or in all or any of the said Lands Tenements or Rents in the said
County of Middlesex in Fee Simple Fee Tail or For Life of him this
Deponent or the Life of any other Person nor any Leasehold Estate
in Possession [..] Land in the said County of Middlesex in his own
Right for the absolute Term of five hundred Years or more or for
ninety nine years or any other Term Determinable on one or more Life
or Lives of the yearly value of twenty Pounds or upwards over and
above the Reserved Rent payable thereout And this Deponent further
saith that He is not Possessed of or in any wise Intitled unto any
Leasehold Estate in the said County of Middlesex the Improved Rent
whereof amounts to the yearly value of fifty Pounds or upwards
over and above the Ground Rent or other Reservation payable by
virtue of the said Lease.
