[..] At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden at the Town Court House near Westmr. Hall in and for the Liberty of
the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westmr . the City
Borough and Town of Westmr. in the County of Middx & St. Martin le grand
London by Adjornment on Saturday the Eighth day of October in the Twenty
Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
[..] Great Britain Etc Before Richard Lilly< no role > Francis Burton< no role > George payne< no role >
[..] Thomas Lediard< no role > Esquires and others their fellows Justices of our Lord the
[..] Assigned to keep the peace within the said Liberty and also to hear and
[..] mine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds done and committed
[..] the said Liberty

[..] As Thomas Bell< no role > of the parish of St. Martin in the fields in the County of
[..] ddlesex Linnen Draper [..] having made it appear unto this Court upon Oath
[..] that he hath not any Estate whereby he is obliged and Qualified to Serve upon
[..] Juries to Tryals of Issues Joined in the Courts ofChancery Kings Bench Comon pleas
and Exchequer at Westmr. Etc Pursuant to the late Statutes in that behalf made
& provided It is therefore Ordered by this Court that the name of the said
[..] Thomas Bell< no role > be struck out of the Returns made by the Constables of the said
[..] Parish of St. Martin in the fields to this Court this present Session of Persons
inhabiting and residing in the said Parish Qualified to serve on such Juries to the
end the said Thomas Bell< no role > may be excused and discharged from such Service
he not being Qualified by Law for the same.
