for this Terme of 7 yres And the first 2 yres this [..] John Howkins friends
did him with meat drink Lodging & washing & Cloths wch sd 2 yers
was Expired And that the sd Alexr Black< no role > has had the benefitt of such
Service And the sd Alxr Black being say much in Debt was oblidg [..]
to Abscond & keep out of the way for fear of Bing Arrested And the sd
Alexr Black< no role > has lett his House & buisseness for 3 he this last past
had the sd Peticoner John Hawkins< no role > was left destitute without any
necessaryes for the Support of Nature & no Work whereby the sd peticon
John Hawkins< no role > could be taught & nistracted in this Art & buissiness of
a Cabinett maker whereby the sd peticon John Hawkins< no role > may be enabled
to get his Livelihood And the sd Peticonr John Hawkins< no role > hashaveingbeen
Supported with necessaryes for Life for two Iron this last past by Thos
Truly who is only a Father in Law & very unable to Support the sd
peticon John Hawkins< no role > It is was therefore prayed that this Court ward
take the premies into Consideration & discharge the sd peticon John Hawkins< no role >
from his sd Indie of Apprenticeship whereupon the sd Alexr Black< no role > was
Ordered to attend this Court this day to answr the sd peticon and to bew Couse why the sd peticon John
Hawkins should not be discharged from his sd Indie of apprenticeship to
the sd Alexr Black< no role > And the sd Alexr Black< no role > being duly Served with a Copy
of the sd peticon & Order [..] has been made to this Court on the boys of the sd Alexr
