for the Personal Appearance of the above named Defendt. John
Branswood
to Answer and Plead to the Several Indictments
preferr'd and found true agt. him for makeing several Assaults
upon the above mencon'd prosecutors. And this Deponent further
Saith that he was present and did see the several & respective
prosecutors above name Sign Seal & Deliver the General Release
hereto Annext and that he is a Subscribing thereto; And this
Depont. further Saith that he hath made all Diligent Search and
Enquiry after the said Defendt. John Branswood< no role >

could, Yet hath not been able to find out and Discover the sd. Defendt.
so as to bring him in to plead to the sd. Indictments, nor Obtain [..]
