should seem meet Whereupon It was ordered That the said Thomas Watkins< no role > the Master should have Notice of the petition and
Complaint and that he should attend this Court this day at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon to answer the said petition and to abide the
final determination of this Court Now upon hearing of the said James Tawis< no role > and his Councell and upon Examination into the Truth of the
premisses for as much as it appeareth unto this Court that the Allegations aforesaid are true And for that it further appeareth to this Courts
by the Oath of Elite Bridecake that he personally served the said Thomas Watkins< no role > on the tenth day of this instant October in the forenoon
at this dwelling House in Boloign court in the parish of St. Martin in the fields with a true Copy of the Petition and Order and acquainted
him with the purport and meaning thereof And for that neither the said Thomas Watkins< no role > nor any person on his behalf do appear in this
Court to shew Cause against discharging the said James Taias< no role > from his said Master Thomas Watkins< no role > from his said Apprentice hood It is
Ordered by this Court That for the reasons aforesaid the said James Jawis be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from the said
Indenture of apprenticehood to the said Thomas Watkins< no role > , And the whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set being four of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for this Liberty (one of us being of the Quorum) present at the said Sessions have pronounced and declared and do
pronounce and Declare that for the reasons aforesaid We have discharged and do accordingly discharged the said James Jawis of and from
his Apprenticehood to the said Thomas Watkins< no role > and and form the Service of the said Thomas Watkins< no role > accordingly Dated under our
Hands and Seals this Eleventh day of October in the Year of our Lord 1745.
