Westmr. to wit,

To the Constable , Headborough , Tythingman, and other Officer of
the Peace of the Parish of St. Margaret in the
City of Westminster
within the saidand to all other Of-
ficers of the Peace whom these may concern to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Eleanor Charles< no role > Wife of
Richard Charles in Ireland hath been
apprehended in the said Parish of St. Margaret's
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet) wandering & begging

and upon Examination of the said Eleanor Charles< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the last legall
Settlement of the said Richard Charles &
his said Wife Eleanor and their [..] 4
Children (to wit) Ann< no role > Aged near 19 years
Frances< no role > Aged near 14 years, Christiana< no role >
Aged near 10 years & John< no role > Ag'd upwards of
4 years is in the Parish of St. Michaels in
the City of Dublin in Ireland
These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to Convey the said Eleanor Charles< no role > and her said
four Children
to the Town of Barnett [..] in Hert that being the first
Town in the next Precinct thro' which they ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Parish of St. Michaels to which
they are to be sent and to deliverto them to the Constables or
other Officer of such Town in such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said Vagrant
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Vagrant & her sd.
4 Children are to be thence conveyed on in like Manner,
until they shall arrive in the County of Chester and you the said
Constable or other Officer last mentioned is hereby required to apply to some
Justice of the Peace in the said County of Chester for a Warrant
to the Master of any Ship or Vessel bound for Ireland that
shall lie in the said County of Chester to take on board the same
the said Vagrant & her sd. 4 Children and convey them
to such Place in Ireland as such Ship or Vessel shall be bound to
or shall arrive at.Given under my Hand and Seal this
30th. Day of August in the Year of our Lord 17 45
