John Pavey< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife On the
Prosecution of Evan Jones< no role > & William Low< no role > .

Thomas Walker< no role > of Fullwoods Kents Holborn in the County
of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath he did on Thursday last
serve Evan Jones< no role > one of the Prosecutors in this Cause with a Copy
of the Notice hereto Annexed by leaving the same with his wife at
his house in Vinegar Yard Drury Lane And this Deponent did
likewise on the same day personally serve the other Prosecutor William
Low with another Copy of the said Annexed Notice And this Deponent
further Saith that he did see the said several Prosecutors yesterday
attend pursuant to the said Notices so served as aforesaid And the
said Prosecutors did then declare they would not attend any more in
relation to the said Prosecution And if they did attend all they Could say
would Signify Nothing And they likewise at the same time declared
their business there was more to withdraw their Recognizance than
injure the Defts.
