for the Liberty of the Dean & Chapter of the Collegiate
Church of St. Peter Westmr. the City Borough and Town of Westmr. in the County of Middx
& St. Martin le grand London
Upon the Oaths of
James Prior< no role >
and George Quait for
keeping a Comon alehouse
in the parish of St. Paul Cavent Garden & Publikly Selling
& uttering Beer and Ale not being lawfully Licensed by two of his Majesty Justices
of the peace of the said Liberty against the form on the Statute in such Case made &
Provided the same being the Second Conviction
These are therefore in his Majestys Name to Will & require you & every one
of you the said Constables on Sight hereof to take & apprehend the Body of the said
Richard Tyer< no role >
and safely to Convey and Carry the said Richard Tyer< no role >
to the House of Correction
at Tothill fields
and him safely deliver to the Keeper of the said House of Correction
And you the said Keeper of the said House of Correction is hereby required to receive into your
Custody
the Body of the said Richard Tyer< no role >
and him safely keep to hard Labour for the space of
One Month from the date hereof to be dealt with all as an idle lewd and disorderly person and at
the Expiration of the said Months Imprisonment to hard Labour You are to discharge him out
of the said House of Correction for which this shall be every one of your sufficient
Warrant for so doing Given under our Hands & Seals the Twenty Second day of December
