maketh oath & saith that he this Deponent was
present & did see on the fifth day of October
instant Charles mathyson the prosecutor on this
Indictment duly reign Seal deliver & execute the
General Release hereunto annexed and this
Depts. farther saith that the name Charles
mathyson there under written & subscribed is
of the own proper hand writing of the said
Charles Mathyson< no role > and that William Leach< no role >
(who was also present & did see the due execucon
thereof) and this Deponent did both subscribe
their names yr on at the Execucon yr of as
witness there to and lastly that the name wm
Loach thereto subscribed is of the proper hand
writing of the said William Leach< no role > and that
the name Sam: Trevigar< no role > is of the proper
hand writing of this Deponent
