James within the Liberty of West minster in the County
of Middlesex Tallow Chandler Maketh Oath That he
hath not in his own Name and that no person in
Trust for him hath Ten Pounds by the year of
Free hold or Copy hold Lands or Tenements or of
Lands & Tenements of Ancient Demesn or in
Rents in the said County of Middlesex in Fee Simple
Fee Tail or for the life of him this Deponent or the life
of any other person and this Deponent further
Saith That he hath not any Lease hold Estate in
Land in the said County of Middlesex in his own
Right for the absolute Term of Five hundred Years
or for Ninety Nine years or any other Term
Deteminable on one or more Life or Lives o [..] the
Yearly value of Twenty Pounds over and above [..]
reserved Rent payable thereout And this deponent
further Saith That he is not possessed of or in any
Wife Entilled unto any Lease hold Estate within the
said County of Middlesex The Improved Rent whereof
Amounts to the yearly Value of Fifty Pounds over
and above the Ground Rent or other Reservations
payable by virtue of such Lease
