To wit. To the Constable of the Parish
of St. Margaret Westmr. in the Court
of Middlesex And also to the Governor
or Master of the House of Correction at Tothill
Feilds Within the said Parish to receive and Convey.
And to the Church-wardens, Chapel-wardens, or
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Chertsey in the County of
Surry or either of them, to receive and obey

WHEREAS John Lee< no role > hath been
apprehended in the said Parish of St. Margaret Westmr.
as Rogue and Vagabond and brought before Me One
of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for this City and Liberty
and upon Examination of the said John Lee< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, it doth appear that he is a
Rogue and Vagabound within the
True Intent and Meaning of the Statute in that Case made and
provided, and that the last legall Place of Settlement
of the said John Lee< no role > and his Child John< no role > aged
Years by his late Wife Sarah< no role > is in the said
of Chertsey in the County of Surry

These are therefore to require you the said Governor of ye. [..]
at Tothill Fields to convey the said John Lee< no role > and his said Child in the next
direct way to the said Parish of Cherstey in the County
Surry
and there to deliver them to some Church-wardens
Chapel-wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law; and you the said
Church-wardens, Chapel-wardens, and Overseers of the Poor are
hereby required the said Jno. Lee< no role > & his said Child
and provide for them as aforesaid. GIVEN under Hand
and Seal this Fifth Day of October in the Year of
our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty two
