To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman, and other Officer of
the Peace of the Parish of St. Margaret in the [..] in
the County of Middx and [..] to the Gover-
nour or Master of the house of Correction , Tothild
Feilds with the said Parish and likewise to all
Governours or Master of all Houses of Correction whom it may con-
cern to receive and convey; and to the Church-warden, Chapel-
wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of the Parish, Place, or Pre-
cinct of Ponta Peale inthe Monmouth Shire
or either of therm, to receive and obey

upwds. of five Weeks of Lawfull Issue of the sd. John William< no role >
apprehended in the Said parish of St. Margaret
Westminster as a [..]
Vagabond and brought before Me One of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of
the Peace for this City & Liberty and upon Examination of the said
Mary Williams< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath, it doth
appear that She is a
[..] Vagabond within the true Intent
and Meaning of the Statute in that Case made and provided and that the last
legall place of Settlement of the said John Williams< no role >
his said Wife Mary and their said Child John is in
the said parish of place or Precinct of Ponta Peale.

THESE are therefore to require you the said Constable, Headborough,
Tythingman, or other Officer of the Peace , to convey the said Mary
Williams with her said Child John

to the House of Correction at Tothill Feilds in the said Parish of St.
Margt. Westmr. and you the said Governour or Master of the said House, of Cor-
rection, to receive the said Mary Williams< no role > the sd. Child John into
your Custody, and them to convey or cause to be conveyed
to the first House of Correction in the next County or Place in the direct
Way to the said Parish or Town of Ponta Peale

and in like Manner, every other Governour or Master of every House of
Correction to whom it may belong to convey the said Mary Williams< no role >
& her said Child John
from House of Correction of House of Correction , untill they
shall arrive at the House of Correction belonging to the County,
Riding , City, Borough, Town-Corporate, Division, or Liberty, to which
the said Parish, Town, or Place of Ponta Peale
doth belong; and the
Master or Governour of the said House of Correction last mentioned, to
convey and deliver, or cause to be conveyed and delivered, the said Mary
Williams & her sd. Child John to some Church-warden, Chapel-
warden, or Overseer of the Poor of the Parish or Town of Ponta Peal
aforesd. to be there provided for accord-
ing to Law: And you the said Church-wardens, Chapel-wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor are hereby required to receive the said Person s and provide
for them as aforesaid. GIVEN under My Hand and Seal this
Sixth Day of June in the year of our Lord
One thousand seven hundred and forty One.
