of the Parish of St. Thomeses Southwark Spinster
have remised, released, and for ever quit claymed and by
these presents to remise release, and for ever quitt claym unto
William Wilks< no role > of the parish of St. Giles in the fields
Cooper [..] Heirs Excecutors and Adminstrators all
and all manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of
Actions Suits Bills Bounds Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues
Duties, Accompts, Sum and Sume of Money, Judgments
Executions, Extents Quarrells Controversies, Trespasses.
Damages, and Demands whatsoever both in Law and
Equity, or otherwise howsoever, which against the said
William Wilks< no role > I ever had and which I my Heires.
Executors or Adminstrators shall or may have claim,
challenge, or demand for or by reason or means of any
Matter Cause, or Thing whatsoever, from the Beginning of
the World unto the Day of the Date of these Presents. In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal
the ThirdDay of Aprill in the fourteenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George Second
by the Grace of God of Great Britain France, and Ireland,
KingDefender of the Faith and so forth And
