Henry Burdox< no role > of Clements Inn in the County of Middlesex
maketh Oath that he this Deponent on the first Day
of this Instant April Served the Informant Elizabeth Cooke< no role >
with the Notice hereunto Annext by Delivering to and
leaving with Cooke the said Informant Sister
at hot house or Lodgings in Hedge Lane (where the
said Informant likewised [..] Lodged as this
Dept. was informed by the sd. Cooke) a true Copy of
the said Notice, And this Dept. further Saith that the
this Day called again at the said House or
Lodging of the said Informants Sister to he then
informed this Dept. that she had Delivered the said
notice so left with her as afd. [..] he her Sister
the Informant Elizabeth Coake & that the said
Elizabeth Cooke< no role > had desired here to acquaint this
Dept. therewith and that she would not appear
he Prosecute the said Defts or any of them
