of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westmr. of the City Borough
and Town of Westmr. in the County of Middx & St. Martins Le
Grand London by Adjournment on Saterday to wit the fourteenth
day of July Instant in the Thirteenth year of the reign of our

France and Ireland Defender of the Faith Etc. before

Griffith Thomas< no role > Lediard Esquires and others their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the Peace
within the said Liberty and also to hear & determine divers
Felonys Trespasses & other misdeeds one & Committed
within the said Liberty.

Whereas at the General Quarter Session of the
peace held at Westmr. Hall in & for the sd. Liberty on
Wednesday the 25th. day of April last past Pareas Pearson< no role >
was & Stands indicted for a Trespass and Assault upon
Daniel Lee< no role > and Whereas at this present General
Quarter Session of the peace one Perkinson Pase personally
Appeared in his proper person & Pleaded to the sd. Indictment
that he was Baptized by the Name of Perkinson & not by
the Name of Pareas as by the sd. Indictment is Supposed
prays Judgmt. of the sd. Indictment that it may be Quashed
It is ordered by this Court that the sd. Indictment be
Quashed Unless the Prosecutor Daniel Lee< no role > shall reply
to the said Plea of Misnomer on or before the 3d. day of
October next.
