Whereas Mary Oates< no role > Single woman Hath Charged Mathew Barlow with
Begetting her with Child or Children which is or Are Likely to become Chargeable to the
Parish of Saint Annes within the Libertys of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex and Whereas the said Mathew Barlow< no role > together with Richard
Limbrey and Richard Langman< no role > did Enter into a Recognizance for his the said
Mathew Barlows< no role > appearance at the then next Generall Sessions to abide such
Order as then should be made And whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the said Parish have received full Satisfaction for all Costs and Charges
which may happen aswell for the Lying in of the said Mary Oates< no role > as for
the Nursing Educating and bring in up such Child or Children if any such
be born Now We William Chisholm< no role > Churchwarden of the said Parish
And Monk Saiville Overseer of the Poor of the said Parish on behalf of
ourselves and of the said Parish do Acknowledge that We have received
full Satisfaction from the said Mathew Barlow< no role > And do therefore Consent
that the said Recognizance so Entered into by the said Mathew Barlow< no role >
Richard Limbrey< no role > and Richard Langman< no role > for the Purposes aforesaid be
Withdrawn and Vacated And that they the said Mathew Barlow Richard
Limbrey and Richard Langman< no role > be discharged therefrom if the Generall
Court of Sessions shall so think fitt Witness our hand this Eighth day of
January 1738.
