[..] do hereby Certify That James Colethorpe< no role > was on the
Eleventh day of February last Removed from the prison
of the Gatehouse Westminster to his Majestys Goal of
Newgate having been Committed to the Said prison of the
Gate house by James Fraser Esqr . (one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the Said City of Westminster & Libertys
thereof) and [..] afterwards That is to Say on the 22d.
day fo the Said Month of February at the Sessions of
Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justice hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs
of the City of London the above named James Colethorpe< no role >
was tried and Conviceted of a petty Larceny to the value
of 10d. and received Judgment of Transfortations and
remained in Newgate aforesaid under the Said Judgmt.
until the Thirteenth day of March last past on which
day he Died in the Said Goal Dated this Seventh day
of April 1738.
