Margarett< no role > the wife of Samuel Mand< no role > of the parish of Saint Martin in the
feilds in the County of Middx Cordwayner & Daughter of the said Mary Castle< no role > the
Defendant in this Cause maketh oath and Saith That at the General Quarter
Sessions of the peace held for the City and Liberty of Westmr. about Michas
last this Deponents said Mother was Indicted for Assaulting Frances the wife
of Robert Joyner to which Indictment this Deponents said Mother at the last
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace for the said City and Liberty pleaded
Not Guilty and Entred into a recognizance to try the said Indictment at this
present Sessions as this Deponent hath been informed & verily beleives
And this Deponent further saith that this Deponents said Mother having
for Severall Weeks past Languished with a Consumption, Departed this
Life on Monday, last & that She this Deponent during the time aforesaid
attended her in her Sickness and Saw her Dead
