in the County of Middlx Ironmonger maketh oath That
he hath not in his own Name and that no person in Trust for
him hath Ten pounds by the year of Freehold or Copyhold
Lands or Tenements or of Lands or Tenements of
Ancient Demesn or in Rents in the said County of
Middlx in Fee Simple Fee tail or for the life of him
this Deponent or the life of any other person and this
Deponent further saith on his Oath that he hath not
any Lease hold Estate in possession in Land in the said
County of Middlesex in his own Right for the absolute
Term of Five Hundred years or for ninety nine years
or any other Term determindable on one or more Life or
Lives of the yearly value of Twenty pounds over and
above the reserved Rent payable thereout And this
Depont. further saith that he is not in any wise
Entilled unto any lease hold Eslate in the said County of
Middlx the Improved Rent where of amounts to the sum
of Fifty pounds over and above the Ground tent or
otehr reservations payable by virtue of such Lease
