Whereas by an Order of made at the General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for the City and
Liberty of Westmr . the Twenty Sixth Day of June last
It was referred to Sir Anthony Wescomb< no role > Bart . Sir
Thomas Clarges< no role > Bart . Thomas Pagett< no role > James Steuart< no role >
& Richard Whitworth< no role > Esqr . Justices of the Peace
for this Liberty or any two of them to Summon
the late Surveyors of the Highways of the Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square before them or any
two of them to Inspect & Examine the Accounts
of the said late Surveyors & Collectors of the money
Collected & received for the repair of the Highways
& Pavements of the said Parish for the said Year
last past & also of their Payments & Disbursements
thereout And Whereas by the said Order the
Justices are desired to Report & Certificate State
of the said Accounts in Writing with their Opinion
to this Court

Now We Sr. Thomas Clarges< no role > Bart . Sr. Anthony
Wescombe< no role > Bart. & Thomas Pagett< no role > Esqr . three of
the said Justices Do inpursuance to the said Order
hereby Certifye a State of the said Accounts in writing
which is hereunto Annexed which We are of opinion
are just & reasonable
