At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Lord the King held for the Liberty of the Dean
and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter
Westminster the City Borough and Town of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex and St. Martins to Grand
London by Adjourment on Saturday to wit the Eleventh
Day of January in the Eighth Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second now King
of Great Britain France and Ireland Defender of
the Faith Before Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knit. Nathaniel
Blackerby Thomas Mulso, Thomas Rea< no role > Esqrs . and others
their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
assigned to keep the Peace within the said Liberty
And also to hear and determine divers Felonys Trespasses
and other Misdeeds done and Comitted within the said
Liberty.

Whereas the Office or Place of Cryer of the Court of the
Generall Quarter Session of the Peace for this City and Liberty
of Westmr. is now vacant by the Resignation of William
Boulton the Elder late Cryer of the said Court And William Boulton< no role >
the Younger by his Petition to the Justices of the Peace at this
present General Quarter Session of the Peace humbly praying
That he may be appointed and admitted Cryer of the said Court of
Session in the Room and place of the said William Boulton< no role > the
Elder And the said Justices conceiveing the said William Boulton< no role >
the Younger to be a fit Person and well Qualifyed to serve the said
Office Doth approve of the said William Boulton< no role > the Younger
to be Cryer of the said Court of Sessions And the said William
Boulton the Younger is by this Court chosen appointed and admitted
Cryer of the said Court of Sessions of the Peace for the said
Liberty To hold and Enjoy the said Office or Place of Cryer there
with the Customary Fees and Perquisites thereby ariseing during
the Evill and Pleasure of the Justices of the Peace for the said
City and Liberty of Westmr. for the Time being
