County of Middx to wit}

Whereas by Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace held for the City and Liberty of Westmr the Eighteenth
day of May last It was referred to Sir Thomas Charges< no role > Bart Sr Anthony
Wescombe< no role > Bart James Stewart< no role > Thomas Pagett< no role > Thomas Rea< no role > Anthony
Corbine< no role > and Richard Whitworth< no role > Esqr . Justices of the peace for this Liberty
or any two of them to Summons the late Surveyors of the Highways
of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square before them or any two
of them to Prospect and Examine the Accounts of the said late
Surveyors and Collectors of the moneys Collected and received for
the repair of the Highways and pavements of the said Parish for
the said year last past and also of their payments and
Disbursements thereout And Whereas by the said Order the said
Justices are desired to Report and Certifie a State of the said
Accounts in Writing with their Opinion to this Court

Now Wee Sir Thomas Clarges< no role > Bart and Sir Anthony Wescombe< no role >
Bart two of the said Justices Doe inpursuance to the said
Order hereby Certifie a State of the said Accounts in Writing
which is hereunto Annexed which wee are of opinion are
Just and reasonable
