Westminster to Wit

These are to Certifie that the Statute Law now in
force to Oblige the Inhabitants to mend the Highways
Six days in the Year is not Sufficient to repair and
amend the Highways of the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square in the said Liberty without an Order of
the Quarter Sessions of the peace held for the said Liberty
to make a Rate and Assessment on the Inhabitants of the
said parish for raising the Sum of three hundred and
fifty pounds and upwards for and towards the repairing
and a Mending the Highways belonging to the said Parish
And Wee do hereby certifie the Contents of the within
Petition is true
