necessaries for theirselves, accord-
ing to ye. Allowance of the
Act of Parliment.

And Geary Suffers the Sd. Goal
to be so exceeding Nasty, for
want of Washing and Cleaning,
that it will (if not soon prevented)
be of very Ill Consequence, and
in Danger of Breeding a
Sickness.

[..] der Committed. To avoid these Perplescity's, ye
[..] now in Force, Tolecates ye. Keeper and his
servant , to take that Prerogative and Authority, as
to use Threatnings, for to bring his Rebellions Prisoners
into Subjection; and if that dont prevail, ye: Keeper as
further Power to Punish'em till such times they declear
that they are Sorry for their Offences, and ask his Pardon.
But ye: Turnkey and his Wife, Defy's the Petitioner, to
prove any other Abuses towards the Prisoners, except a
little Domineering, when occasion requires; and takes it
to be a Scandle, to any of their Faternity, to be out Domineerd,
by ye: greatest Domineer, that ever was Committed to Goal:
for to Suffer any, to out do them in that Article, they
would soon Domineer'em out of ye: Keys, and theirselves
at Liberty, without Fees, or paying, for their Bed,
Board, or Wine, as they call for, to make their friends
Welcome.

Deny'dExcept one Vanderawkin, that's admitted
no further into Goal, than the House or Lodge, and their
the Persons is call'd to him, as he wants to Speak with: He
being an Idle, loose, disorderly Fellow, that often times have
been in Goal, and Try'd for Fellony at the Old Bailly, and
a Pretended attorney.
