diligent Enquiry after Mr. Edward Bevan< no role >
late of Stanhope Street
in the
Parish of St Clements Danes
Bricklayer
who is the master of the
Petitioners Henry Handcock< no role >
And [..] Informed by Several Housekeeper
in the Neighbourhood that the said Edward Bevan< no role >
hath for several
Months last past Absconded himself from his Habitation, and that not
Person Inhabit the said [..] Bevans house And this Dept. further
maketh Oath that he lost a true Copy of the Peticon and Order hereunto
Annexed with Mr Edward Webb< no role >
at his hours at the Sign of the Fountain
in Clare Street
in the said Parish of St Clare of the Dause whose
House this Dept. was Informed the said Bevan did frequent which
Webb told this Dept that he had been Book keeper to the said Bevan and
that he frequently Came do his House and paid his Journeyman there
but for Several Man the last past he the said Bevan had Absconded
for Debt and could give no further Account of him.
