Gilbert Campbell< no role > lb to Mr. John Mackay< no role > of Panton Square
in the Parish of St James Westmr. in the County of Middlesex
maketh Oath that He this Deponent did on Wednesday the
twenty First day of this Instant Aprile leave a Copy of the
Notice hereunto Annexed at Mr. Jacob's Attorney or Agent
for the Prosecutors in this Cause's Chambers in Temple Cause
And this Deponent Expected the intended Bayle mentioned
in sd Annexed Notice would have been Bayle for the Defend
in this Cause [..] order to have moved this Cause by
[..] unto his Majesties [..] of Kings Bench
[..] this Depont: further saith that he Attended with
Mrs. Masterman's lb pursuant to Notice Yesterday
[..] allow'd But William
[..] of the Intended Bayle being terrify'd
this Pavement [..] by Mr. Jacob on some
[..] by [..] wou'd not Bayle Defendant
[..] make an Uneasyness
[..] and his wife She haveing been in
like [..] by sd Mr. Jacob or some pson
who by his [..] went to Enquire abt: Bayle And this
Deponent further Saith That Mr. Mackay who is con-
cerned for Deft. [..] out of Town This Deponent was to
have Drawer Bueife's [..] and Prepared proper Defences
for Deft. But this Deponent Saith that he Depending
on this Cause's being moved as aforesd. has not
