a Rate for Sixty pounds for passing & rel of vagrants
Orderd that Thanks (remind contradicente) be given and a whereby to Sr John Gouson< no role >
for
hischargeexcellent judicious & instructive Charge this day given to the Grand
Jury & Jury of Constables for the City and Liberty of
Westminster
and the sd Sr Jno Gouson is [..] desired by this Court
to accuse ye Same To be forthwith printed and
published for ye general a benefit, and instruction
of the peace officers [..] of the Sd City and
Liberty.
The Regulating ordr to be amended as the Chairmans
shall direct

Mr Cowper Mr Blackerby Mr Sorell, Mr Scott
Mr Chock Mr Trent Mr Railton & Mr Meard
or any 3 of them are appointed a Comittee to inspect some of the
[..] old Records of the Sessions of the peace of
this Libty & such other matters as they Shall
think fitt & to examine into the forme & stile of this Court used
[..] in such records & precedings & report
