of Middx maketh Oath that he this Dept. did on the 11th, of June
instant Deliver to Ann Thornhill< no role > who as this Dept. is informed is one
of the Witnesses on the Bill of Indictment in this Cause the Notice
Whereof the Annexed is a true Copy at her house in Red Lyon Court
in the Parish of St: Martin in the Feilds And at the same time desired
the Sd. Ann Thornhill< no role > to Deliver the Sd. Notice to Mary Stutton the
Prosecutrix in this Cause or to inform this Dept. where the Sd. Mary
Strutton< no role > might be found for that purpose whereupon the sd. Ann
Thornhill told this Dept. that the Sd. Mary Strutton< no role > was out of
Town and promised this Dept, to Deliver the Sd. Notice to the said Mary
Strutton if she should see her And this Dept. saith that he did the same
Day Deliver to the Cl of Mr. Wreatheck who as this Dept. is informed
is Soll or agent for the Prosecutrix in this Cause a true Copy of the
Same Notice at the Dwelling house of the Sd. Mr. Wreatheck in Hatton
Garden in the Parish of St. Andrews Holborn
