Pursuant to an order male at the genal quarter
Session of the peace held for this Liberty on
Saturday the firstday of July last past
whereby it was referred to a Comittee of Justices
to enquire & examine into the Complaint of the
abuses & extortions comitted by the Keeper of the
Gatehouse in the Liberty of Westmr his Agents or Turakey &
how they find the little to the present possession of
the said prison & what Fees or perquisetes the
prsent Keeper or any in his behalf chaines as
well for persons comittee by the Justices as for
night prisoners [..] brought in by the Constable & who [..]
Such Fees as legall These are by order of the
said [..] Comittee to consand & require

authority to be keeper of the said prison and alsoe then deliver to the said Comittee
