George Hanover Square in this Liberty doe
attend the Court of Sessions at the next
adjornemt of this [..] Rent Sessions being mondayWednesday

Hall in the said City & Liberty at tenn of the
clock in the forenoon to testifie the truth of his
knowledge & give evidence on his Maties behalfe
against Cornelius Conner< no role > & Mary Hicks< no role > for assaulting
him the said Thomas Hacket< no role > in the execution of his office of
Constable for which they stand indicted, and to which
Indictment they have pleaded guilty, as he the
sd Thomas Hacket< no role > will answer the contrary at
his peril
