Taylor being Receiver at the Tarnpike on
his duly at the same a dispute arose for which
he was carried before a Justice of the Peace and
bound over to the Sessions Mr Marriott and my
[..] being, bound for his appearance the matter
in since agreed, and Taylor has a discharge from
the prosecutor, therefore Mr Marriott and
my Selfe desire that his Recognizance be
discharged we are Sr
