maketh Oath that he this Deponent together
with one Smyth Smyth< no role > they of Denmark Court
St Martin weaver became bail for the appearance
of Samuel Sprag ats Spark late of Epsons in
the County of Surry me [..] at the Sessions of the Peace in October Session
1724 the hold for this Liberty to answer for
being a Comon Gamefter and frequenting Comon
Gameing Houses which Said Recognizance hath
been respited from time to time untill last January
Sessions at which Sessions the said Recognizance
Stands forfeited and this Depont. further maketh
Oath that he in credibly informed and verily believes
that the said Samiel Sprag ats Spark hath been
Dead about a Year last past
