Upon complaint made to this Court that John Troughton< no role > Esqr . & Henry
Harper
< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for this City & Liberty
had granted a Warrant under their hands & Seals dated the Eight &
twentieth day of April last directed To all Constables & other his Maties.
Officers for the said County & Liberty whom if might concerne requireing
them upon Sight thereof to make diligent Search in the House of One
Mary Ealey< no role > This name instance is in set 1659. al 5 Shase in the parish of St. Martin in the feilds in this
Liberty & all other houses & parts that they should suspect for disorderly
persons as well men as Women; and that under colour of the said
Warrant Sampson< no role > Cooke one of the Constables of this Liberty had
unlawfully entred into severall Taverns & other houses in this Liberty
& taken severall persons thereout contrary to Law and upon perusing
of the Kalenders of the last & present Sessions of the peace held for this
Liberty of the persons comitted to the Gatehouse & House of Correccon
for the said Liberty Itt is thought fitt & ordered by this Court that it be
& if is hereby recomended to Sr. Harry Dutton Dolt Bart . Sr . John Jacob< no role >

Alexander Chorke< no role > Henry Trent< no role > Gwynn Vaughan< no role > Richard Farwell< no role >

for this Liberty or any five of them to examine into inspect & peruse the said
Warrant, and Kalendars & such other Kalenders & malters tending to he dishonour of the Comson of the peace for this Libty as they
shall think propper and to certifie their Opinions thereupon to this
Court on [..] Saturday next after dinner.
