At a Petty Sessions held in the Vestry Room [..]
the Parish of St. James Westmr. on Tuesday the: 16th: day of
May: 1721: In Pursuance of a Resolution taken at the
Bell Tavern in King Street Westmr: on Friday last the
: 12th: of this Instant and Published in the Garell, in Order
to put in Execution the Effect of his Majties: Declaration
and Order of Council of the: 28th: of Aprill last
