the necessary repairs of the said house of Coreeccon or for
other publick uses of this Liberty as the Court of Sessions
should order and direct And the said Referrees or any two
of them were alsoe desired to take receipts of the said workmen
upon their said Contracts and bills and deliver the same to
the Clerk of the peace for this City and Liberty or
his Deputy to be inspected by the Justices of the peace for
this City and Liberty or any of them as occasion shall
require And< no role > Whereas noe account hath been given and
returned to the Court of Sessions of the peace for this City
and Liberty of what hath been done in pursuance of the
said recited order It is now thought fitt and ordered by
this Court that the said Thomas Colthurst< no role > Thomas Boteler< no role >
& Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esqrs , and alsoe John Leacroft< no role > Esqr
or any two of them be and they are hereby desired to
Sumon the said [..] James Stedman< no role > and all other the
workmen imployed in the repairs of the said house of
Correccon before them the said Referees or any two of them
at such times & places as they shall appoint and to inspect the
said workmens bills, and soe whether the said work and repairs
hath been done in workman like manner, and to report to this
Court what monys hath been collected and reced, and paid
to the said workmen, and to whome, and how much in the
whole, and whether any and what monys remains due &
unpaid for the said work and repaire; and to whome if any,
And the said Referrees or any two of them are alsoe desired
to take and audite the accounts of he said James Shedman of
all monys by him reced dureing the time of his being
High Constable of the said City and Liberty for satisfieing
the allowances made to the Constables & of this City and Libty
for their losse of time & expences in passing & releiveing vagrants
passed through this City and Liberty and how and to whome the
same hath been paid and disposed of, and whether any &
what monys remains in his hands upon that account And
the said Referees or any two of them are alsoe desired to
report a state of the said accounts with their opinion
thereupon to his Maties Justices of the peace at the next
genall quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this City
& Liberty to the end that such further order may be made
herein as shall be thought meet
