These are to Certifye that Thomasin Flower< no role > was on the third
day of March last delivered of a Female Bastard Child in
the Parish of St Dunstus in the West in the City of London
which was Baptized Mary< no role > of which Child Richard Sunly< no role > [..]
Charged before William become< no role > Esquire of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the City & Liberty of Westmr. & County of Middx
to be the Reputed Father thereof And that the said Richard
Sumly hath given security to Indempin [..] ye the Inhabitants of
the said Parish of St Dunstan in the West from all Charge
and expenses touching the Maintenance of the said Female
Bastard Child given under our hands this tenth day of
April 1721
