To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the City & Liberty of Westmr,
aforesaid.

Memorandum. That on the Ninth Day of February
last, John Tipton< no role > Labourer was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & City & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Richard Barber< no role > for profanely Swearing and Cursing
Six times on the. Eighth Day of February
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Richard
Barber aforesaid, and paid two shillings for ye
use of ye poor of the parish of St Margaret Westmr.
where ye sd offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this 20th Day of April Annoq; Dom. 17 20
