That Mr. Petr Stands bound

These are to Certifye That Thomas Turner< no role > liveing
in Brick Street And Alice< no role > his wife and their Children are
now upon the Charges of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
and are relieved by us as Poor of the said Parish Given under
our hands the Tenth day of February Anno Doniun 1718.
