an Assault, He appeared at one of the
adjournments since last Quarter Sessions
and would have pleaded quilty but not
having given notice to the prosecutor
the Court orderd, He should appear at
next Quarter Sessions: He has been
since told that his recognizance would
be Estreated, Cray take cure that, that
may happen not to him, I have [..] ay
given directions my self by order of the
[..] ourt about it
