Whereas the hearing of he appeal of Sr Solomon Medina< no role > Kt agt the order of
Charles Delafry< no role > and Nathaniell Collins< no role > Esqrs two of her Maties
Justices of the peace for this Libty whereby the sd Sr Solomon was
adjudged to be the reputed Father of a male bastard Child borne in
the Pish of St Margaret Westmr in this Libty on the body of Sara
Portman (as is prtended) was adjorned to this prsent Quarter
Sessions of the peace held for the said Libty, Itt is not
ordered by this Court that the matter of the said appeal be
fully heard & determined by this Court [..] on Saturday next
att eleven of the clock in the forenoon and that the Church
-wardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish & all other
Psons concerned doe then attend this Court to hear & abide the
judgment & determinacon of this Court upon & touching the sd
appeal
